3pate Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 3pate ("3pate", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 3pate website at https://3pate.org, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any promotion, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 3pate platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

3pate reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable on-platform or email notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and maintain an account on 3pate, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3pate strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual, entity, or organisation when registering or using this account.
• You have not previously been excluded from 3pate or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of a 3pate employee or business partner in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

3pate reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only on the 3pate platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through any technical workaround — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and associated balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and up to date through your account settings.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must notify 3pate support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 3pate strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Account registration by automated means, bots, or scripts is expressly prohibited.

3pate reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3pate supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani players, including USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Available methods, minimum amounts, processing times, and applicable fees are detailed within the Payments section of the platform.

Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits are generally credited within the timeframes displayed at the point of transaction. 3pate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your 3pate account. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC identity verification. 3pate reserves the right to request additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• 3pate reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to prevailing network fees, which will be displayed prior to confirmation.

3pate offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, loyalty programme rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, ICC tournaments, and major UFC cards.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are issued in the form of bonus credits and are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time window stated in each promotion. Uncompleted bonus credits expire at the end of this period.
• Only bets placed with eligible games or markets count toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category is specified in the promotion details.

The 3pate sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, international T20 and Test matches, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. All bets placed on 3pate are subject to the following general sportsbook rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3pate does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to in-play price movements for live betting markets.
• 3pate reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of information asymmetry or insider knowledge.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, 3pate will apply the standard settlement rules for the relevant sport as published in the full sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed within each market at the time of bet placement.

3pate reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including imposing individual stake limits, where there is a legitimate operational or risk management reason to do so. Such restrictions do not constitute a breach of these Terms by 3pate.

The 3pate casino library includes slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), crash games, and virtual sports, all sourced from internationally certified game studios with independent RNG verification.

• All casino games use certified random number generation. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Malfunctions of any casino game, including software errors, disconnections, or incomplete rounds, will be investigated individually. Any payout arising from a clear software malfunction is void.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific table as communicated by the host and displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a dispute, recorded game footage will be used for settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3pate platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and recovery of any funds already paid out.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated activity with other players.

• Money Laundering: Using the 3pate platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime. 3pate is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals after deposits have been used for wagering purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pate and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed in good faith and settled in accordance with published rules.
• Interruptions, outages, or technical failures affecting the availability of the platform or any game or market.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or blockchain networks.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your unauthorised disclosure of login details to third parties.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the 3pate platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3pate makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur, and 3pate will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Either you or 3pate may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 3pate support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to a verified payment method in your name. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Closure by 3pate: 3pate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in the Dormant Account Policy.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the closure of accounts from a specific jurisdiction.

In cases of closure due to a Terms breach or suspected fraud, 3pate reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction under which 3pate operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and 3pate, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact 3pate customer support with a full description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to the 3pate compliance team by requesting escalation in writing to the support email address.
3. Final Decision: 3pate will issue a final written decision on the complaint within 28 days of escalation. This decision will be binding unless successfully challenged through a competent legal process.

You agree that any legal proceedings against 3pate shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or collective claim.
